Lanier showcased exceptional accuracy, going 8 for 14 from the field, including an impressive 4 for 7 from the 3-point range. He also demonstrated prowess at the free-throw line, sinking 8 of 9 attempts, contributing significantly to the Ospreys’ victory, pushing their season record to 2-0. Adding to the team’s success, Ametri Moss contributed 10 points with a 3-of-5 shooting performance and a perfect 4 of 4 from free throws, while Jaylen Smith contributed nine points, shooting 3 for 7 overall and 2 for 5 from beyond the arc.
Despite Charleston Southern’s efforts, led by RJ Johnson’s 25 points, they fell short against North Florida’s dominant play.
